Bergvik is part of Eurocommercial Properties, which was founded in the Netherlands in 1991 and has many years of international experience in shopping centers. Eurocommercial currently owns shopping centers in Italy, France, Belgium, and Sweden. The Swedish division was established in 2001 and continues to grow and develop year after year.
Today, Eurocommercial owns a total of eight shopping centers in Sweden: Avion Shopping in Umeå, Valbo Köpcentrum in Gävle, C4 Shopping in Kristianstad, Grand Samarkand in Växjö, Hallarna in Halmstad, Ingelsta Shopping in Norrköping, Elins Esplanad in Skövde, and Bergvik in Karlstad—all located in attractive, major regional cities with strong potential for growth.

Bergvik Shopping Center is located on the shore of Lake Värnern, along the E18 where two European routes connect from the north, about 5 km west of Karlstad and right next to two large campgrounds. If you’re using GPS, enter Frykmans väg 1.
